You can now buy disposable vapes with 30K puffs. They’re pricier, of course, but that’s almost 3x more puffs than just 18 months ago…

In a significant leap forward for the vaping industry, disposable vapes with staggering puff counts of up to 30,000 are now hitting the market, marking a new era in convenience and longevity for vape enthusiasts.

2025 Update:

This article was originally published in 2024. Since then things have progressed even further – you can now buy disposable vapes with 40K and 50K puffs.

Most of these next-generation disposables feature things like:

  • Advanced coil systems for better flavor and longevity
  • Similar pricing to 30K variants
  • The same amount of choice when it comes to flavors

Here’s a breakdown of the best ones we’ve tested so far.

This development represents a substantial increase from the typical 300 to 600 puffs offered by earlier disposable models which not only lacked the performance of modern disposables but also the flavor quality.

Leading the charge is the SWFT META 30000 Puffs Rechargeable Disposable Vape, boasting an impressive 24mL e-liquid capacity.

Priced at $15.99, down from $29.99, this device is setting a new standard for long-lasting disposable vapes.

Not far behind is the SOFI SURGE 25k, offering 25,000 puffs with a 22ml capacity. Its dual mesh technology promises enhanced flavor and vapor production, available at a competitive $17.99.

Pod Vapes Are Better Than Disposable Vapes

When you see “30,000 puffs” or “50,000 puffs” slapped on the box of a disposable vape, you’d think you’re set for half a year, right?

Yeah… not quite.

30,000 Puff Vapes

On paper, these beasts should last you ages. If you’re an average vaper clocking in around 135 to 150 puffs a day, a 30K puff vape could — in theory — last you somewhere between 200 to 220 days.

But here’s the kicker: real-world use never matches the theory.

If you’re a heavy user, or you’re chain-vaping while watching Netflix or grinding on COD, expect it to last a week at best. I’ve killed a 30K vape in just 3 to 4 days. Yep, really.

So what gives? It all comes down to:

  • How long your puffs are
  • How frequently you hit it
  • Whether the device uses dual mesh coils (which burn more juice)
  • Battery limits — because no battery lasts 30,000 puffs without charging (unless it’s rechargeable)

50,000 Puff Vapes

If you’re pacing yourself with 135–150 puffs a day, in a vacuum, that should stretch to 330 to 370 days.

But again, spoiler alert: that’s not how this plays out in the wild.

In reality?

  • Long drags and chain vaping will torch the juice and battery fast
  • Heavy vapers burn through them in 3-7 days
  • You might see a week if you’re lucky and moderate

And this is the main reason why I still always push vapers who are looking for a compact vape to use a pod vape – they’re just better.

Better for performance and utility, and better for the environment. And right now, I’d recommend the Vaporesso XROS Pro over just about everything else.
