Shipping & Returns — Everything You Need To Know
We only ship to the UK. Orders placed before 1pm on working days go out the same day. Free shipping on orders over £40. Returns are straightforward — 30 days, no fuss.
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally.
Orders placed before 1pm on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends go out the next working day.
Spend £40 or more and shipping is on us. Orders under £40 attract a standard delivery charge at checkout.
Standard: 2–3 working days. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 1pm.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return postage.
Opened e-liquids, used coils, and any product that has been removed from its sealed packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Email us at hello@vapebeat.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement within 3–5 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
