Here’s how to correctly insert a nicotine pouch in your mouth:

– Take one pouch from the can
– Place it under your upper lip
– Leave it in place while it releases nicotine and flavor
– Remove and dispose of it when done

Most users keep a pouch in for 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the brand. Dry pouches like ZYN last 20–30 minutes, while moist pouches like VELO and Rogue can go 45+ minutes.

Strengths range from 3mg to 9mg in most ranges, however, if you’re looking for something stronger, FRE nicotine pouches go all the way up to 12mg and 15mg in strength. If you’re a current smoker or nic salts user, 12mg would be a good place to start.

They’re still super-addictive, though, so only use them in the context of a NRT like when you’re trying to quit smoking or cut down on your vaping.

Long term use of nicotine pouches can cause side effects, including gum soreness, dry mouth, throat irritation, hiccups, and in rare cases, stomach upset. Sensitivity varies by user and pouch strength.
