Each Elf Bar is designed to last quite a while. How long will depend on how much you use it. In my case, I’m kind of a heavy vaper, so I tend to run mine out inside a few days. But if you’re a lighter user, there’s no reason why you couldn’t get several days to a week from a single Elf Bar.

The best thing to do with Elf Bar, and disposables in general, is to buy them in bulk. I usually get anywhere between five to ten. That way, I know when I’m running low and I can order some more in. If you just get one, it’ll run out and you might not have another one laying around and that could mean you sneak back to smoking. Don’t make this mistake, buy a few at a time.

Disposable vapes are great for quitting smoking, but if you only have one and it runs out your nicotine cravings will return very quickly, and that can force you back into the stinky arms of cigarettes. I know this because it has happened to me on multiple occasions.

Fortunately, Elf Bar vapes are very inexpensive, so picking a few isn’t going to break to the bank and they are INFINITELY cheaper than smoking cigarettes, so you’re going to save both your money and your health by switching over to an Elf Bar.
