Part 1: How To Fill A Dosing Capsule
Grind Your Herb
Use a medium-fine grind. This provides good airflow while maximising surface area for vapor production. Too coarse and you’ll lose efficiency; too fine and airflow suffers.
Use The Magazine Cap As A Funnel
Place the magazine cap over the dosing capsule to act as a funnel before adding any herb. This makes filling much easier and avoids spilling herb everywhere — it’s a small trick that makes a big difference.
Fill The Capsule
Add your ground herb until the capsule is full. Don’t pack it too tightly — a light fill usually produces the best airflow and extraction. Loose is better than compressed.
Close The Capsule
Attach the capsule lid and twist clockwise until secure. Repeat the process until you’ve filled as many capsules as you need. The magazine holds up to eight, so you can prep a full day’s worth in one sitting.

Part 2: How To Install A Dosing Capsule In The Volcano Hybrid
Remove The Filling Chamber Cylinder
Disassemble the Volcano filling chamber and remove the standard Filling Chamber Cylinder. Set it aside — you won’t need it while using capsules.
Install The Dosing Capsule Adapter
Insert the Dosing Capsule Adapter in place of the removed cylinder. It slots in cleanly and requires no tools.
Insert Your Capsule
Place a filled dosing capsule into the adapter with the capsule lid facing upward. Orientation matters — lid up is the correct way.
Reassemble The Chamber
Screw the Filling Chamber Cap back on. That’s it. Your Volcano is now ready to use exactly as normal — whip or balloon, same as always.
