CBD oil when applied under your tongue has way more bioavailability than CBD cream that is applied to your skin. It is also absorbed more efficiently and metabolized by your body better than capsule forms of CBD which often get depleted when they enter your gut.

For this reason, if you want the maximum benefits when using CBD, make sure you use CBD oil and keep the strength anywhere from 3000mg to 6000mg. This is the sweet spot for CBD’s magical properties. You can go lower, but you’ll need to take more to yield the same results which, over time, just results in using more and spending more money.

I’d rather pay more upfront, use less, and get the desired results quicker. That’s just good economics.
