They’ll still do a full day’s worth of vaping on a single charge but if you’re planning a night out after work, you’ll want to give it a top-up before you leave. And with its USB C charging, you can add in plenty of extra hours’ worth of use with as little as 20-30 mins on the mains.

Bottom line? The Vaporesso XROS 3’s battery life is solid. You don’t need to worry about it with moderate to normal usage. Only serial chain vapers will need to top-up this device during the day. Of course, batteries degrade over time, so after six months of using the device you might notice a drop-off in performance.

This is just a fact of life with non-removable batteries; they only have a certain number of charges in them before they start to degrade. It happens to phones and it happens to vapes too. The upside here is that vapes like the XROS 3 are a lot cheaper than cellphones.

When you’re using an RDL coil with the Xros 3, the design requires you to keep your lips slightly parted when vaping. It’s a bit of a learning curve compared to standard MTL vaping, where you can fully wrap your lips around the mouthpiece without affecting the draw.

This is a minor point and one that most vapers can easily adapt to with a bit of practice. Once you get used to this slight change in vaping style, it should become second nature. I much prefer the MTL
