TL;DR: What’s The Best 6ml Refillable Pod Vape In 2026?
The best 6ml pod vape to buy in 2026 is the Vaporesso ECO Nano Pro for three very specific reasons:
- It has the best, most long-lasting coils (the same COREX ones you find in Vaporesso’s XROS vapes).
- It’s fully MTL and it has an AFC for dialling things in to your liking.
- It’s still nice and compact with decent-enough battery.
The ECO Nano 2 is decent too, but its more of an RDL-style pod vape and there’s no screen. It is smaller, though, so if RDL’s your thing and you want something ultra-compact, go with the ECO Nano 2.
Me? I’m sticking with the larger Vaporesso ECO Nano Pro because I like MTL-style vaping and it does way better flavor.
Most of the best pod vapes you can buy top out at 3ml – or 2ml, if you’re in the UK – and this means multiple refills throughout the day which can be a pain in the ass.
A 6ml pod vape goes a long way to solving this headache. Instead of refilling three or four times, you’re maybe refilling once (and that’s only if you’re a super-heavy user).
You’d think because of this there’d be loads of 6ml pod vape options available. Well, you’d be dead wrong. Turns out, Vaporesso is one of the ONLY brands actively targeting this niche of the pod vape market with its ECO Nano series.
And with the newer Vaporesso ECO Nano Plus (read my review here) its upped the ante again, this time to 10ml capacity which is the biggest you can currently get on the market right now.
I bought the Vaporesso ECO Nano 2 and the ECO Nano Pro to see which is the best overall option. Both run COREX coils (that’s already a net-positive) and both come with 6ml juice capacities (also good). But which is best? That’s where it gets interesting, so read on…
UK vapers note: TPD regulations cap refillable pod capacity at 2ml in the UK. The 6ml capacity referenced throughout this article applies to non-TPD markets. UK units ship with a 2ml compliant pod, though the 6ml pods are available separately from international retailers.
Which Is Best: Vaporesso ECO Nano 2 or Vaporesso ECO Nano Pro?

The ECO Nano Pro is the one to get (check latest prices in your region).
It’s a few quid more, slightly taller, and a touch heavier but what you gain for that trade-off is meaningful:
- A screen showing live battery percentage and current mode
- Dual power modes with linked airflow control
- The superior LUSH Mesh pod that rated for significantly more puffs.
- The ECO Nano 2 is a fine device, but if you’re spending money on a pod vape in 2026, there’s no good reason to leave those features on the table.
Here’s the full breakdown.
Specs: ECO Nano 2 vs ECO Nano Pro Side by Side
| Feature | ECO Nano 2 | ECO Nano Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Battery | 1000mAh | 1000mAh |
| Pod Capacity | 6ml (2ml UK) | 6ml (2ml UK) |
| Pod Included | 0.6Ω MESH | 0.6Ω LUSH MESH |
| Pod Puff Rating | ~18,000 puffs | ~25,000 puffs |
| Power Modes | Fixed (no adjustment) | ECO + PWR |
| Airflow | Fixed (open/airy) | Dual, linked to power mode |
| Screen | LED battery indicator only | Minimalist screen (mode + battery %) |

| Weight | Lighter | ~9g heavier |
| Build | Metal, matte finish | Metal, matte finish |
| Draw Style | RDL (very open airflow) | MTL / RDL (ECO mode) |
Both devices are identical on battery size, charging speed, build material, and price-to-quality ratio. The gap is in the pod, the airflow, and the added control the Pro gives you.
Build Quality and Design
Both devices punch well above their price point on build quality. The body is metal, not the hollow plastic you get on disposables, and the matte finish holds up well in a pocket alongside keys without picking up scratches.
They’re also genuinely slim; the Pro is only 10.8mm taller than the Nano 2 and still more pocket-friendly than most disposables despite the added height.
The pods snap in via magnets and stay put. No wobble, no rattling. They’re also completely transparent, so you can see your e-liquid level at a glance, which is a surprisingly useful detail that a lot of pod systems still get wrong.
One gripe on both: only one pod is included in the box.
For a device aimed at people switching from disposables, this feels like a miss. If that one pod arrives with a defect or dry hits straight away, you’re stuck. A backup pod in the box should be standard, full stop.
Fun Fact: The ECO Nano series targets disposable switchers specifically, and it shows in the design logic. The mouthpiece dimensions are deliberately close to a disposable’s — smaller and narrower than most pod vapes — which makes the MTL draw feel more familiar if you’re coming off a bar salt device.
Performance: Flavour, Draw, and Pods
This is where the Pro pulls decisively ahead, and it’s down to two things: the pod it ships with, and the airflow control.
ECO Nano 2: Great RDL, Frustrating for MTL

The 0.6Ω MESH pod included with the Nano 2 is a capable performer, but the fixed airflow is extremely open. When I tried to use it MTL, it just doesn’t have enough restriction to make that draw feel natural.
You can cover the air inlets on the side of the pod to simulate tighter airflow, but that’s a workaround, not a solution.
Switch it to RDL — which is what the open airflow is actually suited to — and it’s a genuinely excellent vape. Flavour is strong, vapour production is good, wicking is handled.
For an RDL vaper using 50/50 juice at lower nicotine, the Nano 2 delivers. But the majority of people buying a 6ml pod vape are nic salt MTL vapers, and for that use case the fixed open airflow is a real frustration.
ECO Nano Pro: Proper MTL, Better Pod Life

The Pro ships with the 0.6Ω LUSH MESH pod, and the difference in real-world use is significant. In ECO mode, the airflow restricts down to a proper MTL draw, the kind that feels right with a 10mg or 20mg nic salt.
It’s not the tightest MTL going, but it’s restrictive enough that the vast majority of MTL vapers will be comfortable.
Flavour out of the LUSH MESH pod is exceptional. Vaporesso’s COREX coil tech has been delivering the goods for years, and this is another step forward.
I put 60ml of juice through the LUSH MESH pod before writing this and the flavour profile is still holding up with little to no degradation, no sweetness fade, no burnt undertone. That kind of pod longevity is rare, unless you’re talking about Vaporesso’s COREX platform.
PWR mode opens the airflow and boosts the voltage for a warmer, denser hit. It’s the same concept as a boost mode on a disposable, and it works well for flavour profiles that benefit from a bit more heat. Some nic salts genuinely do taste better with slightly more power behind them, so having the option matters.
Battery Life
Both devices run identical 1000mAh batteries, and both charge in 55–64 minutes over USB-C. In day-to-day use, 1000mAh covers most people comfortably for a full day of moderate vaping. I wasn’t topping up twice a day with either device.
But I’d have preferred a 1600mAh or even 2000mAh on the Pro variant. Again, this feels like a missed opportunity.
The one advantage the Pro has here isn’t the hardware, it’s the screen. Knowing your exact battery percentage versus squinting at a four-LED indicator is genuinely useful, especially when you’re deciding whether you need to plug in before you head out.
The 6ml pod capacity also changes the battery equation slightly. Because you’re not interrupting your day to refill constantly, the battery becomes the limiting factor rather than the pod, and 1000mAh handles that load well for most usage patterns.

Who Should Buy Each One
Get the ECO Nano 2 if:
- You exclusively vape RDL and want the most compact option
- Budget is the primary concern and you’re happy without a screen or power modes
- You’re buying a second device to keep somewhere as a backup
Get the ECO Nano Pro if:
- You vape MTL with nic salts; this is the correct device for that use case
- You want to be able to check your battery percentage at a glance
- You want the option to boost power and airflow for specific e-liquids
- You’re buying one device and want it to cover all bases
For most people, that’s the Pro. The Nano 2 is a good device in the right circumstances, but those circumstances are specific.
Wrapping Up

If you’re a disposable vaper looking for an alternative that doesn’t require thinking too hard, the ECO Nano Pro is the best argument for making the switch right now.
The 6ml pod is the thing that seals it because it’s the closest a refillable device has come to matching the convenience of just picking up a bar every couple of days, without any of the waste or running cost.
The Nano 2 is worth picking up if you know you’re an RDL vaper and you want the most compact option available. Otherwise, the Pro covers everything the Nano 2 does and more, for a modest price difference.

FAQ: Vaporesso ECO Nano 2 and ECO Nano Pro
Is there a difference between the ECO Nano 2 and ECO Nano Pro pods? Yes. The Nano 2 ships with a standard 0.6Ω MESH pod rated for around 18,000 puffs. The Pro ships with a 0.6Ω LUSH MESH pod rated for around 25,000 puffs. Both are compatible with all ECO Nano pods, so you can use either pod in either device.
Can I get a tighter MTL draw on the ECO Nano 2? Not really, at least not without covering the air inlets manually. The fixed airflow on the Nano 2 is very open and better suited to RDL. If MTL is your priority, the Pro is the correct choice.
How long does the 6ml pod last? It depends on how much you vape. For a moderate user, the 6ml capacity realistically gets you through a day and a half to two full days before refilling. Heavy users might refill daily. Either way, it’s significantly better than a 2ml or 3ml pod system.
Are the ECO Nano pods reusable? Yes, both the MESH and LUSH MESH pods are refillable. Top up the pod, wait a few minutes for the wick to saturate, and you’re good to go. Pod life extends well — the LUSH MESH pod in the Pro handled 27ml of e-liquid in my testing with no drop in flavour.
Does the ECO Nano Pro work in the UK? The device works fine in the UK. However, UK TPD regulations cap refillable pod capacity at 2ml, so UK units ship with a 2ml compliant pod rather than the 6ml version. The 6ml pods are available internationally.
