Why do people vape? It’s a good question – and the answer is pretty simple!
Smoking kills people. Kills them by the country-load. Every year.
Up until very recently, the battle to defeat smoking was looking pretty dire.

How To Get Off Nicotine In The Long Term
Obviously, you have to quit nicotine eventually. And in order to do this, you need to limit your exposure to it.
With vaping, you can gradually reduce the strength of the nicotine in your E Juice until you’re rocking 0%.
You can then work on getting over the physical habit, as your body clears out its nicotine receptors.
This usually takes a couple of weeks.
And, trust me, kicking the physical habit of vaping, especially when you’ve been running 0MG E Juice for a couple of weeks, is a damn sight easier than getting off cigarettes cold turkey.
It’s still hard, we’re still talking about nicotine here, but it is a lot gentler and way more manageable.
This, for me, is what makes vaping such a powerful tool in the fight against smoking.
You can gradually wean yourself off nicotine until you’re no longer dependent on it.
And once you’ve done that, all you have to do is stop vaping.
