Mi-Pod Pro+ Models Compared: Hue, Pebbles, Raw & Voyage

Mi-Pod Pro+ Models Compared: Hue, Pebbles, Raw & VoyagePin

This isn’t a review of the Mi-Pod Pro+ (you can check my take on it here). I am a big fan of this pod though and have been since it came out. I liked the OG model too, and the Mi-Pod 2.0.

The Pro+ is compact, small, and aimed – I think – pretty squarely at the more style-conscious amongst us. And it comes in a range of different variants or, if you prefer, aesthetics: Hue, Pebbles, Raw, and Voyage.

How do you pick the one that fits your vibe?

Let’s break down the key differences between these models so you can decide which one is your perfect match.

Mi-Pod Pro+ Models: What’s the Difference?

At their core, all Mi-Pod Pro+ models share the same core technology. They all come with:

  • 950mAh battery (USB-C fast charging)
  • 2ml refillable pods with 0.9Ω mesh coils
  • Loose MTL draw for a smooth vaping experience
  • Compact, pocket-friendly size

But where they differ is in design, materials, and user experience. Let’s take a closer look at each model.

Mi-Pod Pro+ Variants Detailed

Hue: Bold and Playful

If you love vibrant colors and eye-catching designs, the Hue variant is for you.

  • Color & Finish: The gradient design transitions from deep magenta to soft pink, giving it a dynamic, almost holographic effect when it catches the light.
  • Feel: The glossy finish adds a sleek, polished look, while subtle texturing on the edges helps with grip.
  • Best For: If you’re someone who loves bold fashion choices, keeps up with trendy aesthetics, or just wants a vape that pops in a crowd, the Fuchsia Hue is a perfect match.
  • Social Media Ready: This model is one of the most photogenic in the Mi-Pod Pro+ lineup—ideal if you like to snap aesthetic vape shots for Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms.
  • Potential Drawback: The glossy finish may attract fingerprints and minor scratches over time, so keeping a soft cloth handy for quick wipes is a good idea.

Pebbles: Textured Minimalism

This model is all about understated elegance with a tactile grip.

  • Color & Finish: Matte blue with raised pebble-like texture for a natural feel.
  • Feel: Textured surface improves grip, especially in humid conditions.
  • Best For: Vapers who want a minimalist, ergonomic design with a little extra grip.
  • Potential Drawback: Matte surfaces can collect lint in pockets.

Raw: Premium and Professional

If you want a high-end, executive feel, the Black Raw is the most luxurious of the bunch.

  • Color & Finish: Genuine textured leather with chrome accents.
  • Feel: Soft, premium leather that develops a unique patina over time.
  • Best For: Professionals who want a classy, durable vape.
  • Potential Drawback: Requires occasional leather conditioning to maintain its finish.

Voyage: Retro-Futuristic Cool

This model blends sleek metallic styling with modern tech-inspired details.

  • Color & Finish: Metallic pink with laser-etched geometric patterns.
  • Feel: Lightweight anodized aluminum with a unique glow-in-the-dark pod window.
  • Best For: Tech lovers and design enthusiasts who want something futuristic and stylish.
  • Potential Drawback: Metal surfaces can get cold to the touch in colder climates.

Performance & Usability

Do Any of These Models Vape Differently?

Not really—all four models have the same core vaping experience. The only difference is the outer casing design.

That means:

  • Great flavor from the 0.9Ω dual mesh coil.
  • Decent cloud production for an MTL device.
  • Fast charging (~60 minutes to full).
  • 2ml pod capacity is solid, though frequent vapers may need to refill more often.

That said, the Voyage has an improved airflow system that reduces noise by 23%, making it slightly smoother.

Still, if battery life is more important to you the Mi-Pod 2.0 is the superior system out of these two pod systems.

The only downside? It’s bigger, on account of its larger battery capacity.

Durability & Maintenance

One of the best things about the Mi-Pod Pro+ series is that these devices are built to last.

But depending on the model you choose, wear and tear will affect them differently.

Some finishes are more resistant to scratches, while others need a bit more TLC to stay looking fresh.

Here’s what I noticed during my extended testing of each variant:

  • Hue (Glossy): May show scratches and fingerprints over time.
  • Pebbles (Matte): Resists scratches well but needs regular cleaning to remove oils.
  • Raw (Leather): Ages beautifully but needs occasional conditioning.
  • Voyage (Metallic): Highly durable, resists fading, but aluminum needs occasional alcohol cleaning.

Who Should Get Which Model?

  • Hue – If you want a bold, eye-catching vape with a fun colorway.
  • Pebbles – If you prefer a minimalist, textured grip that feels natural.
  • Raw – If you want luxury and durability with a leather finish.
  • Voyage – If you like tech-inspired aesthetics with glow-in-the-dark accents.

Final Verdict: Which Mi-Pod Pro+ is the Best?

Mi-Pod Pro+ Models Compared: Hue, Pebbles, Raw & VoyagePin

The thing that first put Mi-Pod on the map was the design of its pod vapes. Yes, they were compact. But they also looked unlike anything else, oozing style and Instagram-ready aesthetics.

With the variants inside the Pro+ range, Mi-Pod has basically doubled down on this, adding in even more eye-catching design elements to the Mi-Pod Pro+.

I’ve noticed these are especially popular with girls, and I get it too: they’re small, they’re stylish-looking, and they fit inside small bags and handbags perfectly.

Me? I’m still more of a Mi-Pod 2.0 kinda guy but that’s because the battery life is so much better.

For a compact, good-looking vape that is completely unique in its aesthetic, the MiPod Pro + is definitely the way to go though.
