Why Do People Vape: The Truth About Vaping (#1’s Important)

Why do people vape? It’s a good question – and the answer is pretty simple!

Smoking kills people. Kills them by the country-load. Every year.

Up until very recently, the battle to defeat smoking was looking pretty dire.

Millions of people still smoked. And the reason? It’s almost impossible to quit.

Nicotine is stupidly addictive and getting off it for good is hard – especially if you go cold turkey.

This is Where Vaping Comes In…

The main, #1 reason people vape is simple: they don’t want to smoke anymore.

Vaping is 95% safer than smoking, so as a tool to get off cigarettes it is very useful.

This is the #1 reason 99.9% of people vape.

They vape because it is safer and simulates the sensation of smoking just without all the risks.

Especially if you use a device like the JUUL.

MILLIONS Have Quit Smoking With Vaping

Millions of people have quit (and stayed off cigarettes) thanks to vaping.

The smoking vs vaping debate is OVER. Vaping is now recognised to be 95% safer.

That number will continue to grow as well.

By 2020, smoking rates will be lower than at any previous point in history.

And the reason for this is simple: vaping.

Does Vaping Makes It Easy To Quit Smoking

Short answer: yes – 100%.

Why? Simple: it doesn’t feel like you’re giving up right away.

You get the nicotine hit, you get the same sensation, so you can gradually wean yourself off of nicotine in a safe manner.

Cold turkey sucks. I know because I’ve tried it multiple times.

But as soon as I discovered vaping, I knew I’d never touch a cigarette again.

And that was six years ago now.

Is Vaping For Everybody?

No. It isn’t, actually.

First and foremost it should only be used as a tool to quit smoking.

Vaping because you think it looks cool is just stupid.

Nicotine is addictive and you want to avoid it at ALL costs.

People that do this are giving vaping a bad name, as it is then labelled as a gateway drug for kids which it 100% isn’t.

Not if it’s used correctly. And by consenting adults.

Bottomline? A vape device is a cessation tool, not something to bolster your personality.

It’s essentially a more effective nicotine patch. Or a preferable alternative to nicotine gum.

It feels like smoking, so it’s easier not to smoke.

This is the power of vaping.

How To Get Off Nicotine In The Long Term

Obviously, you have to quit nicotine eventually. And in order to do this, you need to limit your exposure to it.

With vaping, you can gradually reduce the strength of the nicotine in your E Juice until you’re rocking 0%.

You can then work on getting over the physical habit, as your body clears out its nicotine receptors.

This usually takes a couple of weeks.

And, trust me, kicking the physical habit of vaping, especially when you’ve been running 0MG E Juice for a couple of weeks, is a damn sight easier than getting off cigarettes cold turkey.

It’s still hard, we’re still talking about nicotine here, but it is a lot gentler and way more manageable.

This, for me, is what makes vaping such a powerful tool in the fight against smoking.

You can gradually wean yourself off nicotine until you’re no longer dependent on it.

And once you’ve done that, all you have to do is stop vaping.

And that’s A LOT easier when you’ve stopped vaping E Juice with nicotine in it for a couple of weeks.
