• Royal Mail 48 (under 2kg) – £3.80 (2–4 working days)
• DPD / DHL (next-day):
  • Up to 1kg: £4.20
  • Up to 5kg: £4.70
  • Over 5kg: £5.70

⏱ Dispatch Times

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
• During busy periods, this might stretch to 2 working days.
• Working days only – we don’t ship on weekends or bank holidays.

DHL Next Day Cut-Off:

Order before 1pm (Mon–Fri) and we’ll get it out the door that same day for delivery the next.

Ordered after 1pm? You might still get a tracking update with a delivery slot, but don’t be surprised if it’s a little off – those emails are automated and the couriers might’ve already picked up.

✍️ Signatures Are Required

All our shipping options require a signature. So make sure someone’s in!

Changed your mind? It happens.

Here’s the deal:

• You’ve got 14 working days from when your order arrives to let us know.
• Items must be unused and in a resellable condition – that means no opening, tearing, or testing.
• Returns are at your own cost, unless there’s a fault with the item.

Can’t Return:

• Custom/personalized items – those are final sale.
• Orders over 14 days old – normally not eligible, but if something’s gone sideways, still get in touch. We’ll see what we can do.

❌ Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we don’t ship outside the UK. The reason? Regulations and red tape. It’s just a complete mess and insanely costly. And to make matters worse, packages get stopped and held by customs.

Until regulations ease up (or we rejoin the EU), we do not offer international shipping.

⏱ How long does delivery take?

Royal Mail 48 takes 2–4 working days. DHL and DPD can be next-day depending on weight and timing.

✅ Can I track my order?

Absolutely. All orders come with tracking info once dispatched.

🤦 What if I miss my delivery?

No worries – the courier will usually leave a card or attempt redelivery.
