Off Stamp X-Cube Review: The Modular Disposable

The Off Stamp X-Cube is Lost Mary’s shot at fixing one of the biggest problems with disposable vapes: waste.

And it does this with a nifty modular, semi-reusable system and, unlike plenty of other similar types of devices, this time it actually works.

I’ve been tinkering with mine for a couple of weeks now and, besides a few wrinkles here and there, it has really impressed me.

There’s loads of gimmicky disposable vapes on the market right now. I know because I’ve reviewed seemingly hundreds of them this year alone.

Most try and hide the fact that disposables are single-use products. They do this with flavor switches and flashing lights.

But the fact remains: once the vape is drained, it’s going in the trash (and then a landfill).

Where most disposables offer a one-size-fits-none experience, the X-Cube actually feels more like a proper, traditional pod vape.

It comes with the following features built-in:

• Power Modes: Choose between three power levels via the button interface. Want a cooler, smoother hit? Drop it down. Prefer a denser, more intense cloud? Ramp it up.
• Airflow Adjustment: Slide to tighten or loosen the draw. It handles both MTL and RDL styles surprisingly well — better than a lot of pod systems, frankly.
• Sweetness Toggle: Unique to the “Sweet Cube” pods, this 3-stage sweetness adjustment lets you choose how punchy the flavor is. It’s a small feature, but surprisingly useful, especially with sweeter juices.

Screen and Interface

The 2.25” TFT display shows everything you need at a glance: battery life, puff count, e-liquid level, and brightness controls.

It’s intuitive, clean, and not over-designed. You can even disable animations and lower screen brightness to save battery life which I’d recommend you do.

What I like about the screen and overall design here is that it isn’t flashy. It looks good, sure, but everything serves a purpose. Nothing is just there for the sake of being there or looking cool.

Performance & Flavor

One of the biggest drawbacks of nearly all disposable vapes is the coil tech they run; they’re just not on par with what you get inside a proper, refillable pod vape like the Vaporesso XROS Pro 2.

Lost Mary is one of the better companies when it comes to coil tech, and the Off Stamp X-Cube proves that when it comes to coils, the company knows what it’s doing.

The dual mesh coil fires in a consistent manner, the vapor is smooth and dense and, most importantly, it holds up for the duration of its lifespan (juice reserve).

I’ve tested most of the range and I’ve yet to hit a dud coil. That’s a big win for the Off Stamp X-Cube.

Each 18ml pod is rated for up to 25,000 puffs, though real-world use will vary based on your power settings. I keep my power as low as possible to save battery and keep the coil in tip-top condition.

Best Off Stamp X-Cube Flavors

Lost Mary built the Off Stamp X-Cube, so you know the flavors are going to be good.

I’ve been through most of the range and stand out flavors for me include:

• Miami Mint – Smooth, cold, with a mint cream finish.
• Sour Wildberry Gummy – Tangy and sweet, perfect with lower sweetness settings.
• Peach Ice – Bold peach with a crisp icy kick.

Another bonus of the Off Stamp X-Cube’s modular design is that you can swap in new flavors whenever you want.

When I tested it, I bought a bunch so I could sample the entire range.

This feature is incredibly useful because it means you can buy a selection of flavors and vape them whenever you want. No more waiting until you’ve used up an entire pod before starting a new one.

Downsides?

The only real con is that, while this is clearly an upgrade from standard disposables, it still requires buying proprietary pods.

You’re in Lost Mary’s ecosystem here which is fine, but it is worth noting because you HAVE to run its pods.

This is why I ALWAYS recommend refillable pod vapes to our readers: they’re cheaper, they’re better for the environment, and you can run whatever juice you like in them.

Is The Off Stamp X-Cube Worth It?

I really like the Off Stamp X-Cube. Its modular design goes a long ways to solving much of the “waste” issues associated with disposable vapes.

The flavors are great, the coil tech is brilliant, and battery life is rock solid and includes fast charging via USB C.

As disposables go, the Off Stamp X-Cube is a great example of how they can be better but I’d still recommend a traditional pod vape over it simply because they’re better and cheaper to run.
